Sustainability and Resiliency

Stateshire assists clients to assess sustainability and resilience on both assets under ownership and also during the acquisition process. These services are typically incorporated in our base services such as PCAs and FCAs, thus maximizing value for clients.

This includes an assessment of a variety of ESG matters, enabling clients to understand both current and future risks.

Assessing sustainability enables our clients not only to assess risk, but also the value associated with high performance buildings.
