Stateshire serves an an integrated professional during construction projects. Our involvement commences at design, throughout construction and to building operation.
Our staff have experience in performing a variety of roles during construction projects including project management, scheduling, cost estimating, value engineer and on site progress and quality inspections. Such experience allows us to assess risk and advise clients at all phases.
On behalf our our clients we monitor construction progress, financial status, contractor performance and provide an overall assessment on project on as ongoing basis.
Services
Design Document Review — Perform peer review of design and development document. This lays out the blueprint for future monitoring as potential risks are noted and tracked. We provide a written report in addition to a live tracker document which will be reviewed and updated during the construction and development process.
Construction Contract Review — We will review the main construction contract and review for potential risks with a particular focus on constructability, cost and scheduling.
Ongoing Monitoring — Once design documents have been reviewed and construction commences we perform ongoing monitoring of the project which typically includes monthly site visits, in addition to a continuation of the review of development documentation. All issues will be tracked until they are adequately closed out. We also provide a review of major change orders and monthly pay applications
