Specialty Assessments
Exterior Envelope — We are able assist in the provision of various exterior wall and roof assessments ranging from in-house visual assessments, and additional services provided by specialist consultants including Infrared assessments, envelope testing, and intrusive investigations.
Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) - Our in-house staff are able to perform assessments of MEP systems including visual condition assessments, reviews of operations and maintenance procedures, high level capacity studies etc.
Fire and Life Safety (FLS) - In addition to general observations of fire and life safety systems during assessments, we also have various sub-consultants with expertise of FLS systems of almost all building types.
Environmental - We have specialist consultant partners who offer best in class environmental assessments to compliment our other services.
Services
Vertical Transportation - Where a deeper dive and potential testing of elevator and escalator systems are required, we are able to utilize our specialist elevator consultants to provide these services. Allowing clients to better understand condition and maintenance of these systems to better forecast capital expenditure requirements.
Infrared Assessments - We have trusted expert partners who are able to perform Infrared assessments of exterior walls and roofs. These assessments allow us to understand the underlying conditions of the building envelope and identify potentially significant issues which may have not been visible otherwise.
Accessibility Review - We perform in house reviews of accessibility requirements during our condition assessments, but to better understand these complex and stringent requirements, we also utilize specialist consultants, where requested, to perform accessibility inspections to review the subject properties against all applicable code requirements.
